耐磨地坪是在基層混凝土初凝階段,將耐磨材料均勻撒布在混凝土表面,經(jīng)專業(yè)機械施工,從而使其與混凝土地面形成一個整體,完工后的地坪具有**致密性、加倍提高地坪耐磨性、抗壓性、及耐沖擊性,使用壽命長。
(一)、耐磨材料概述:
耐磨材料是由骨料、波蘭特種水泥及顏料和外劑等經(jīng)合理級配生產(chǎn)的。骨料為砂狀,是天然礦石成分,硬度在莫氏8度以上,平均粒徑為1.5mm,占總量的60%;膠結(jié)物經(jīng)過處理的高標(biāo)號特種水泥,基本色調(diào)有原色、灰色、鐵紅色、綠色等。
(二)、 施工現(xiàn)場,具備以下條件:
1、施工現(xiàn)場的照明要充分(滿足夜間施工需求);
2、業(yè)主或總包方需在施工現(xiàn)場提供堆放材料及機器設(shè)備的倉庫;
3、澆筑混凝土?xí)r,每天澆筑量800-1000m2,金剛砂施工人員6-8人,機器7-9臺;
4、為避免耐磨地面施工播撒材料時污染墻面或柱面,正在裝飾的墻面、柱面,需預(yù)留距地面約1.5米左右的高度,待耐磨地面完工后再繼續(xù)裝飾;如已經(jīng)裝飾好的在約1.5米左右的高度間用塑料薄膜遮蓋保護(hù);
5、如有預(yù)埋管道及機器接口,需預(yù)先做好準(zhǔn)備:
6、業(yè)主或總包方應(yīng)提前**施工現(xiàn)場中的雜物,確保能如期施工;
7、耐磨地坪施工時,現(xiàn)場班組不得交叉作業(yè)。
8、抹光完成后的地面,必須進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù),用**專用的養(yǎng)護(hù)臘進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)。
(三)、耐磨地坪施工工藝
耐磨材料撒布的時間隨氣候、濕度、混凝土配合比及外加劑品種性能等因素而變化。撒布過早會使耐磨材料沉入混凝土中而失去效果;撒布太晚混凝土已凝固,會失去粘結(jié)力,使耐磨材料無法與其結(jié)合而造成剝離;炷翝仓3-5小時,腳踩約下陷5mm,視表面無泌水且成初凝狀態(tài)則進(jìn)行耐磨材料工序:
1、每平方米耐磨材料撒布量不低于5Kg/m2;
2、墻、柱、門和模板等邊線處水分消失較快,宜優(yōu)先撒布施工,以防因失水而降低效果;
3、首先,給拋光機裝上圓盤,整體打磨混凝土表面,從周邊逐漸向內(nèi)收抹,起到提漿作用;
4、**次將2/3的**耐磨材料均勻撒布在混凝土表面,材料吸收混凝土中的水分,顏色變深后,即可開始**次抹平,工具采用抹光機(裝圓盤),時間應(yīng)撐控好,應(yīng)注意不要搓抹過度;
5、緊接著,將余下1/3的**耐磨材料均勻撒布混凝土表面,施工方向與**次垂直,隨后進(jìn)行第二次抹平工作;抹光作業(yè)時應(yīng)縱橫交錯進(jìn)行,均勻有序,防止材料聚集。

9、為防止不規(guī)則龜裂,耐磨地坪完工2天后應(yīng)切切割縫,切割縫方塊為4-6m (一般根據(jù)車間梁柱距離而定),為使切割縫整齊順直,應(yīng)先統(tǒng)一彈線,切割深度應(yīng)是地坪厚度的1/3,切割縫由土建完成,填縫材料用彈性膠或彈性樹脂。
(四)、 成品保護(hù):后續(xù)各工種、工序應(yīng)妥善保護(hù)完工地面
1、嚴(yán)禁在成品地面上拌和材料污染到地面,影響質(zhì)量;
2、完工后的金剛砂地面需灑水養(yǎng)護(hù)一周;
3、水電安裝施工應(yīng)嚴(yán)禁鐵架鐵梯、鋼管材料、風(fēng)管材料等,破壞成品地面,尤其地面仍處養(yǎng)護(hù)期內(nèi)時;
4、梁柱底板粉刷涂料時,應(yīng)鋪放遮蓋物,嚴(yán)禁到處灑落;
