地坪綠地坪工程中，大部分都使用混凝土作為基礎(chǔ)，而混凝土基礎(chǔ)存在這一個人力無法改變的因素，就是混凝土?xí)鶕?jù)環(huán)境溫度進行熱脹冷縮，所以混凝土澆筑后必須切割有伸縮縫作為混凝土自身熱漲冷縮的緩沖空間;除了伸縮縫之外還有地坪施工中止的合道縫，也會根據(jù)溫度進行伸縮。由于我們施工的地坪綠產(chǎn)品是覆蓋在混凝土之上的，如果伸縮縫合道縫之類的沒有進行處理，在混凝土進行熱脹冷縮運動的時候，就會很容易地將地坪表面拉裂;為了延緩地坪被拉裂，保證地坪綠產(chǎn)品的使用質(zhì)量，在做基礎(chǔ)處理的時候，必須按照本規(guī)程處理伸縮縫。
一、伸縮縫處理的作用
1、延緩混凝土基礎(chǔ)熱脹冷縮運動時將地坪表面拉裂的時間，減少地坪被拉裂的概率;
2、盡可能的保證地坪整體、美觀。
二、需要處理伸縮縫的地坪種類
1、環(huán)氧地坪

四、打磨準(zhǔn)備
1、檢查所有的連接電線是否存在破損、串聯(lián)等現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)破損或者短路必須馬上修復(fù)或者更換，不得勉強接駁電線;
2、檢查打磨使用的機械，接駁電線后是否能夠正常運轉(zhuǎn)、零件是否松動或缺失;
3、穿戴好勞保用品，將需要保護的設(shè)備用薄膜或者彩條布進行覆蓋，避免污染;
4、原基礎(chǔ)如果還沒有切割伸縮縫的，需用墨斗彈線后再進行切割，切割必須形成直線;
5、根據(jù)機器的使用電壓接駁電線，電線接駁時，應(yīng)選擇在電源穩(wěn)定且安全的配電箱進行接駁;電源線源頭應(yīng)該先固定起來再接駁，避免在切割過程中出現(xiàn)拉扯將電線扯掉形成短路。
五、切割程序
1、大面積切割需先根據(jù)設(shè)計彈好墨斗線，沿著墨斗線直線切割，需注意切割機水箱的水量，水量低過一半需及時加水;
2、大切割機切割完以后，將泥漿全部清理干凈，然后用角向磨光機將伸縮縫兩邊斜向研磨成45°，兩邊相距寬度不得少于1㎝;
3、不規(guī)則的龜裂縫，需用手提式切割機順著裂縫切割至少2㎝深，并且同樣使用角向磨光機將兩邊研磨成斜45°，寬度不得少于1㎝。
六、衛(wèi)生清理
1、清理衛(wèi)生，可選用吸塵器或者大掃把，隨身需配備毛刷和勾縫用的器具，清理時必須將伸縮縫內(nèi)的泥漿和灰塵清理干凈。
