力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是一致的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。

鉑銠熱電偶熱電偶傳感器是目前接觸式測溫中應(yīng)用最廣的熱電式傳感器,在工業(yè)用溫度傳感器中占有及其重要的地位。該測溫儀是以AT89C51單片機為核心,由AD590集成溫度傳感器測量冷端溫度T0,由熱電偶測量熱端溫度T。該熱電偶采用S型鉑銠—鉑熱電偶。正極為90鉑測溫儀的測量范圍在800—1600℃之間。使用+12V和+5V電源。采用4位共陰極LED顯示。該熱電偶測溫儀的軟件用C語言編寫,采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。

康銅絲特點具有較低的電阻溫度系數(shù),較寬的使用溫度范圍480℃以下,加工性能良好,具有良好的焊接性能。
康銅絲主要用途主要用于制作儀器儀表,電子以及工業(yè)設(shè)備中的電子元件。
