當(dāng)變速器過載時，錐形銷會被切斷，也能起到安全保護(hù)作用；套筒聯(lián)軸器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、制造容易、徑向尺寸小的特點(diǎn)，但缺點(diǎn)是拆卸時連接的軸需要軸向移動，維護(hù)不方便，限制了其應(yīng)用。拆卸聯(lián)軸器時，連接的軸需要軸向移動，維修不方便。改進(jìn)后的套筒聯(lián)軸器定位準(zhǔn)確，連接穩(wěn)定，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，其應(yīng)用范圍很廣泛。減速機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)鼓采用套筒聯(lián)軸器連接，**保證了同軸度要求，但存在拆裝困難的缺點(diǎn)。

進(jìn)口滾子鏈聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structural features
1、利用公用鏈條同時與兩個齒數(shù)相同的并列鏈輪嚙合，以實現(xiàn)兩半聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)結(jié) Use a common chain to simultaneously engage two parallel sprockets with the same number of teeth to achieve coupling between the two halves
2、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、裝卸方便；拆卸時不用移動被聯(lián)結(jié)的兩軸 Simple structure and convenient loading and unloading; There is no need to move the connected two shafts during disassembly
