　　中新網(wǎng)深圳3月17日電 (鄭小紅 鐘超)據(jù)深圳海關(guān)17日通報(bào)，該關(guān)近日在深圳灣口岸物流出境渠道查獲同一公司連續(xù)兩宗出口申報(bào)不實(shí)涉嫌虛假貿(mào)易案，查獲無存儲(chǔ)容量的“U盤”15480個(gè)。



　　目前，該批貨物由于申報(bào)不實(shí)，企業(yè)涉嫌以商品“以假充真”、“以次充好”方式從事虛假貿(mào)易或騙取出口退稅，已移送緝私部門進(jìn)一步調(diào)查處理。



　　據(jù)介紹，2月22日，某有限公司以一般貿(mào)易方式向深圳海關(guān)隸屬深圳灣海關(guān)申報(bào)出口“64GB移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)器”3860個(gè)、“128GB移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)器”6420個(gè)，共計(jì)10280個(gè)，申報(bào)貨值總價(jià)239204美元(約156萬元人民幣)。當(dāng)日17時(shí)，該公司承運(yùn)貨物車輛經(jīng)過深圳灣口岸貨運(yùn)出境車道時(shí)，被海關(guān)查驗(yàn)。經(jīng)查驗(yàn)，該批商品為卡片式“U盤”，出口數(shù)量與申報(bào)相符，商品無任何品牌且外包裝只有一層塑料膜，做工質(zhì)量明顯與約150元人民幣的申報(bào)單價(jià)不符。并且標(biāo)識(shí)為“64GB”與“128GB”二者的存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)竟沒有明顯區(qū)別，連接電腦也無法識(shí)別具體容量。為進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)商品真?zhèn)危�現(xiàn)場(chǎng)海關(guān)關(guān)員決定暫扣該批商品，并取樣送檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)鑒定。



　　2月23日，該公司又以一般貿(mào)易方式向深圳灣海關(guān)申報(bào)出口移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)器5200個(gè)，申報(bào)貨值總價(jià)128830美元(約84萬元人民幣)。經(jīng)查驗(yàn)，商品特征與前一日該公司出口商品完全一致，遂一并查扣。



　　3月15日，經(jīng)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)部門鑒定，該公司申報(bào)出口的“64GB與128GB移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)器”實(shí)測(cè)存儲(chǔ)容量均為“0MB”，不具備商業(yè)使用價(jià)值。



　　深圳海關(guān)表示，打擊申報(bào)不實(shí)以及虛假貿(mào)易是海關(guān)促進(jìn)對(duì)外貿(mào)易持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要舉措。今年海關(guān)總署啟動(dòng)的“**利劍2016”專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，將對(duì)進(jìn)口走私、出口申報(bào)不實(shí)等案件嚴(yán)厲打擊，切實(shí)營(yíng)造良好的營(yíng)商環(huán)境。
